The Calgary Farmer’s Market is hosting its Calgary Christmas Market until December 23rd. Seasonal vendors, jewelry, roasted nuts and mulled cherry wine are all featured in addition to activities such as cookie decorating, reindeer viewing and ice carving.
Holiday-Themed Villages in Calgary, AB
From now until December 23rd, the Heritage Park Historical Village is celebrating the holiday season with its Once Upon a Christmas festivities. The village’s historic streets and buildings are all dressed in seasonal décor and a variety of activities are available. A horse-drawn wagon ride, Christmas carols and visits with Santa are all open for families to enjoy. The Historical Village is open every Sunday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM.
Another holiday village event, co-created by Tigerstedt Flea and Crescent Heights Community Association, is open to visitors on December 9th from 11 AM to 5 PM. Visitors can enjoy seasonal movies, an arts & crafts station, holiday shopping, a prize raffle and local food & drink.
